Scope
This standard applies to textile dyeing and printing industry units that conduct self-monitoring of water and air pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environment during the production and operation phase. The self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
