This document presents a maturity model for information security protection capabilities of industrial control systems, specifies the maturity level requirements for the security of core protected objects and general security, and proposes a verification method for capability maturity levels. This document is applicable to parties involved in the design, construction, and operation and maintenance of industrial control systems in building their information security protection capabilities for industrial control systems, as well as in verifying the maturity levels of an organization's information security protection capabilities for industrial control systems.
