This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" cauliflower. Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production records for "Xiangjiangyuan" cauliflower. (2) The production environment conditions of this document shall comply with T/XJY 1001-2021 "Quality of Production Environment for 'Xiangjiangyuan' Vegetables", and requirements for land selection are also provided. (3) Based on the current successful experience and practices of "Xiangjiangyuan" cauliflower production, this document stipulates the cultivation and management requirements throughout the entire process, including land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, harvesting, and waste disposal.
