Scope
This standard specifies the methods for determining the bulk density, particle crushing strength, attrition rate, specific surface area, pore volume, and average pore diameter of hydrogenation catalysts for sulfur tail gas. This standard applies to hydrogenation catalysts for sulfur tail gas in the Claus sulfur recovery process, which uses hydrogen sulfide acid gas as the raw material and mainly contains cobalt oxide and molybdenum oxide as active components, with alumina as the carrier.
