HJ 886-2018 Pollution source strength accounting technical guidelines for cement industry
Basic Information
Scope
This standard applies to the calculation of the pollution sources and emission intensities of new (modified or expanded) construction projects and existing projects in the environmental impact assessment of cement industry construction projects. This standard applies to the calculation of emission intensities under normal and abnormal operating conditions of the cement industry, but does not apply to the calculation of emission intensities in the event of sudden leaks, fires, explosions, and other accidents. This standard applies to the calculation of emission intensities of air pollutants, wastewater pollutants, noise, and solid waste in the production processes of cement clinker manufacturing and cement grinding, but does not apply to the calculation of emission intensities of characteristic pollutants discharged during the co-processing of solid waste in cement kilns. Bulk cement transfer and cement product production can refer to and implement this standard. The emission intensity of boilers that implement GB 13223 shall be calculated in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Source Strength Calculation of Pollution Sources - Thermal Power" (HJ888); and the emission intensity of boilers that implement GB 13271 shall be calculated in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Source Strength Calculation of Pollution Sources - Boilers".
