Scope

This regulation applies to the design of energy dissipation and scour prevention for large and medium-sized watergates in the plains and coastal areas of Guangdong Province, which are newly built, reinforced, reconstructed, or expanded on soft foundations and adopt bottom-flow energy dissipation.
