Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, principles, general requirements, service processes and requirements, information technology requirements, risk prevention, complaint handling, evaluation and improvement of the B2B urban distribution services for fast-moving consumer goods (hereinafter referred to as "fast-moving consumer goods").
This document is applicable to enterprises providing B2B urban distribution services for fast-moving consumer goods. Enterprises' internal distribution operations may refer to and use this document for reference.
The fast-moving consumer goods covered in this document include packaged food, personal hygiene products, tobacco and alcohol, beverages, and general merchandise, excluding fast-moving consumer goods with special requirements such as over-the-counter (OTC) drugs.
