Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: 4.1 Seed treatment: Soak the selected seeds in warm water at 55°C for 20–30 minutes, stirring continuously. When the water temperature drops to 30°C, stop stirring and maintain this water temperature. Soak for 10–12 hours, then rinse off the mucilage with clean water, drain, and wrap in a damp cloth. Germinate under conditions of 28–32°C. When 60–70% of the seeds have sprouted, they can be sown. 4.2 Preparation of nutrient soil or substrate: The seedbed soil is made up of 50% field soil and 50% compost (by volume). Add 50g of urea and 25g of diammonium phosphate to each cubic meter of seedbed soil, sieve them evenly, and spread them on the seedbed, with a thickness of 8–10 cm. 4.3 Sowing: Sow the germinated seeds at a density of 8–10 cm per square, and cover them with 1.5–2 cm of sieved fine soil.
