Scope

This standard specifies the determination methods for the contents of copper, lead, zinc, indium, iron, tin, nickel, magnesium, cobalt, chromium, manganese, titanium, molybdenum, and bismuth in gallium oxide.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the contents of copper, lead, zinc, indium, iron, tin, nickel, magnesium, cobalt, chromium, manganese, titanium, molybdenum, and bismuth in gallium oxide (with a purity of 99.9% to 99.999%). The determination range is shown in Table 1.
