This standard specifies the quantitative chemical analysis method for mixtures of carbon fiber and other fibers.
This standard is applicable to mixtures of carbon fiber and cellulose fibers (cotton, flax, viscose fibers, etc.), protein fibers (silk, wool, etc.), and synthetic fibers (polyamide fibers, polyester fibers, polyacrylonitrile fibers, aramid 1313, aramid 1414).
