Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, methods of waste heat recovery and utilization, process flow, technical requirements, and evaluation indicators for the recovery and utilization of waste heat in the upper section of the primary cooling system of coking plants. This standard is applicable to the recovery and utilization of waste heat from recycled ammonia water and circulating water in the upper section of the primary cooler in new, expanded, and modified coking furnaces.
