Scope
This standard specifies the method of high-performance liquid chromatography for determining the content of plant growth regulators in fertilizers.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the contents of sodium oxytetracycline, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (abbreviated as 2,4-D), abscisic acid, naphthalene acetic acid, flurtamone, cyproconazole, indole-3-acetic acid, and indolebutyric acid in water-soluble fertilizers, compound fertilizers, compound-blended fertilizers, and blended fertilizers.
The method detection limits and quantification limits for each target substance in this standard are as follows: sodium oxytetracycline, 3 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg; 2,4-D, 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg; abscisic acid, naphthalene acetic acid, flurtamone, and cyproconazole, 3 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg; indole-3-acetic acid and indolebutyric acid, 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg.
