Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the general principles, basic processes, and requirements analysis of digital rural top-level design, as well as overall design, architecture design, and specific requirements for implementation path planning. This standard applies to the top-level design of digital rural areas and can also serve as a top-level design guide in the field of informatization. Main technical content: Digital rural areas are a large-scale construction project. This project takes data related to rural production, operation, sales, village governance, and environmental improvement as the core of business processing, and other relevant departments as the objects of information exchange, aiming to achieve a large-scale integrated and distributed informatization system across multiple institutions. Based on conducting research on the current situation of agriculture and rural areas, and combining with the preliminary vision and goals of digitalization in the region set by the agricultural and rural sectors themselves, digital rural top-level design identifies the goals of rural digitalization, refines and breaks down these goals, and plans and designs corresponding construction content and implementation paths for each refined goal, clarifying relevant information technology methods and related resource elements. Digital rural top-level design serves as a key link between overall digital agriculture planning and specific construction planning, playing an important role in connecting the past and guiding future work.
