Scope

Main technical content: Kuerle fragrance pears, as a "famous, high-quality, and special" fruit in Xinjiang, are one of the pillar industries of Xinjiang's characteristic forestry and fruit industry, with excellent economic and social benefits. Traditionally, the shaping methods of Kuerle fragrance pears are mostly sparse layered shapes or small crown sparse layered shapes. In recent years, with the introduction of labor-saving and high-efficiency dense planting cultivation techniques in Xinjiang, especially in southern Xinjiang, the cultivation area of trunk-shaped fragrance pear trees has rapidly expanded. During the planting process, a single planting model is used, that is, only Kuerle fragrance pears are planted as fruit trees, without the configuration of pollinating trees. The self-pollination fruit-setting rate of Kuerle fragrance pears is very low, generally only 0.5%-0.7%. It is necessary to configure pollinating trees in the orchard to ensure normal fruit setting rate. On the basis of the existing trunk-shaped fragrance pear orchards, there is no unified standard for the configuration of pollinating trees. In order to provide pear farmers with a unified and highly operable pollinating tree configuration technology, the writing group studied and summarized the selection of pollinating tree varieties for trunk-shaped Kuerle fragrance pears, the collection and storage of scions, the grafting period, the grafting method, the spacing between pollinating trees, and the management after grafting pollinating trees.
