T/YNRZ 018-2023 Mango Cold Prevention and Post-Disaster Management Regulations
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements for frost prevention and post-disaster management of mangoes, including frost hazard prediction, frost prevention measures, post-disaster investigation, post-disaster treatment, and post-disaster soil, fertilizer, and water management. This document applies to frost prevention and post-disaster management of mangoes. Main technical content: 1. Terms and definitions: There are no terms or definitions that need to be defined in this document. 2. Frost hazard prediction: Based on weather forecasts and local climate patterns, conduct frost hazard prediction and implement corresponding frost prevention measures. 3. Frost prevention measures: 3.1 Construction of frost prevention tree disks: Cover the area around the tree trunk 10 cm to 20 cm away with 5 cm to 10 cm thick and 20 cm to 30 cm wide straw, and then cover the straw with 3 cm to 5 cm of soil. 3.2 Spraying pesticides: Before winter, spray the entire crown with 0.2% to 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, a 200-fold high-fat film, or 1% anti-evaporation agent. 3.3 Coverage: 3.3.1 When the temperature of young seedlings is below 5 °C, erect an arch frame 5 cm to 10 cm above the seedling height, and cover it with a 0.1 mm to 0.14 mm thick long strip frost-proof film to form a completely enclosed greenhouse. Maintain a soil moisture content of 70% to 90% in the greenhouse. 3.3.2 Before winter comes, cover the crowns of young trees with rice straw or 70% to 90% shading nets. 3.4 Smoke fumigation: Predict frost at night in the orchard. Fumigate at the windbreak, using straw or weeds as the fumigation material. Set up 4 to 6 smoke piles per mu, each weighing 35 kg to 40 kg. 3.5 Irrigation and spraying water: Predict frost in the evening and spray water to wash off the frost in the morning. Before the arrival of the cold wave, conduct a thorough irrigation throughout the orchard. 3.6 Snow removal: Remove snow from the leaves in time when there is snow. 3.7 White
