Scope

This regulation applies to the verification of ultrasound sources of ultrasonic Doppler fetal monitors (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) that are newly manufactured, in use, or repaired. The ultrasound frequency of the instrument is 10 to 50 MHz, and the radius of the effective radiation area of the transducer is less than 50 mm.
