DB32/T 4331-2022 The clinical guidelines for quantitative flow ratio (QFR) examination technique
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the pre-examination preparation, analysis site, analysis steps, result interpretation, precautions, data storage, and quality control for quantitative flow ratio (QFR) examinations in clinical coronary artery disease diagnosis, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative coronary artery function evaluation. The document applies to patients aged ≥18 years with stable and unstable angina or acute myocardial infarction, with a visual reference lumen diameter ≥2.0 mm and a stenosis degree of ≥30% to ≤90%. The document does not apply to lesions involving myocardial bridges; preoperative target lesions related to acute myocardial infarction; patients allergic to iodinated contrast agents; or chronic total occlusion or subtotal occlusion lesions. The document should be used with caution in lesions with a coronary artery trunk opening <3 mm from the ascending aorta; lesions with excessive overlap of angiographic stenosis segments or severe target vessel twisting; or low-quality angiograms with poor detection of vessel boundaries or contrast agent filling.
