Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging, storage and transportation, and waste disposal requirements for "Xiangjiangyuan" mustard greens. This document is applicable to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" mustard greens. Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the requirements for the production environment, land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging, storage and transportation, and waste disposal of "Xiangjiangyuan" mustard greens. (2) The environmental conditions of the production area shall comply with T/XJY 1001-2021 "Environmental Quality Requirements for Vegetable Production Areas of 'Xiangjiangyuan'", and requirements for land selection are also specified. (3) Based on the successful experience and practices of current "Xiangjiangyuan" mustard greens production, this document stipulates the requirements for the entire cultivation and management process, including land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation (including variety selection, sowing time, seedling management, and strong seedling specifications), planting, and waste disposal. For example, in the section on land preparation and fertilization, requirements are specified for deep plowing and sunning of the soil, types and quantities of fertilizers, and the requirements for trenching and ridge making; in the section on seedling cultivation, requirements are specified for variety selection, seed quality, suitable sowing times for different types of varieties, selection of seedling cultivation methods and their sowing quantities, and seedling management; in the section on planting, requirements are specified for planting time, planting spacing, and planting methods; in the section on field management, requirement
