This standard specifies the calibration method for reciprocating mobile fabric density gauges, and is applicable to the calibration of newly manufactured, in-use, and repaired reciprocating mobile fabric density gauges (hereinafter referred to as density gauges). The calibration of other reciprocating mobile fabric density gauges with the same or similar structures can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
