Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Late-ripening Citrus Late-ripening citrus cultivated in Sui Ning City, whose fruit maturity period needs to span the winter and can only be harvested in February-June of the following year. It mainly includes varieties such as Chunjian, Daya, Zhihuo, Woguan, and Qingjian. Citrus fruits that meet the requirements of this document and the national, industry, and local standards for citrus. 4.
