Procurement Process of Nursery Seedlings 2.1 Submission of Procurement Requests 2.1.1 Production staff shall submit a procurement application for seedlings based on the specific conditions of the nursery, and the procurement application form is provided in Appendix A. 2.1.2 The procurement application content includes: the name, specification, quantity, and arrival time of the seedlings to be purchased. 2.2 Inquiry and Survey 2.2.1 Based on the procurement application, the procurement staff shall conduct market inquiries and compare prices from more than 3 suppliers. 2.2.2 The procurement staff shall conduct on-site surveys to ensure that the seedling quality meets the requirements, select the preferred suppliers, reach a procurement intention, and submit it to the superior supervisor for approval. 2.3 Contract Signing 2.3.1 The procurement staff shall draft a seedling procurement contract, and the general text of the seedling procurement contract is provided in Appendix B. 2.3.2 The procurement staff shall submit the seedling procurement contract to the superior supervisor for approval. 2.3.3 The procurement staff shall sign the seedling procurement contract with the suppliers. 2.3.4 The procurement contract shall describe in detail the types, quantity, specification, delivery time, delivery address, transportation method and
