Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for conducting preliminary investigations, on-site investigations, and traceability investigations during emergency animal epidemiological investigations after the occurrence of highly pathogenic avian influenza outbreaks or their confirmation. This standard applies to all activities related to emergency animal epidemiological investigations conducted within the administrative area of Sichuan Province when highly pathogenic avian influenza outbreaks are suspected or confirmed.
