Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of cobalt and cobalt alloy waste (hereinafter referred to as waste cobalt).
This standard applies to the domestic and international trade of waste cobalt, recycling non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises, and also to the waste cobalt used by processing and manufacturing enterprises.
