Main technical content: including sample collection (including traceability information), basic quality requirements, quality grading standards, inspection methods, packaging materials, storage conditions and storage period, and other important technical content explanations. 1. Research on the inspection method of Sophora alopecuroides seeds 1.1 Experimental materials From April 2013 to January 2015, 18 samples of Sophora alopecuroides seeds were collected, including 9 from Hebei, 3 from Anhui, 2 from Northeast China, 2 from Shanxi, and 2 from Inner Mongolia (Table 1). The steps are as follows: - Pour the seed samples onto a smooth surface and use a scraper to mix them vertically and horizontally four times. - Divide the seeds into two parts, each of which is divided again to obtain four parts. - Divide each part into two parts again, ultimately obtaining eight parts. - Combine and retain the alternating parts and remove the remaining four parts. - Repeat the above sampling steps until the quality of the seed samples sent for inspection meets the requirements. 2.1.2. Purity analysis The steps are as follows: (1) Weigh the total weight of the samples sent for inspection and record it as M. Check whether the samples contain heavy impurities such as clods, stones, or large seeds mixed in small seeds. If there are heavy impuritie
