This document defines the definition of third-party social stability risk assessment, and stipulates the assessment scope, institutional conditions, objectives and principles, applicable procedures, and process requirements of third-party social stability risk assessment.
This document applies to the conduct of social stability risk assessment activities by third parties within Jiangsu Province. The conduct of other stability assessment activities can be implemented with reference to this document.
Note: For the sake of clarity, "social stability risk assessment" in this document is abbreviated as "stability assessment".
