Scope: This standard specifies the protection scope, term definitions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging and labeling, and storage and transportation requirements for Yilong Dashan Xiangmi, a geographical indication product; Main technical content: B.1 Varieties: Medium-maturity fragrant high-quality rice. B.2 Sowing and transplanting time and specifications: - Seedling cultivation by the dry-cultivation method. - Sowing time: Mid-to-late March. - Transplanting time: Late April to late May. - Transplanting specifications: 30cm (wide row spacing) × 20cm (narrow row spacing) × 16cm (nest spacing), with more than 16,000 nests per mu. B.3 Water and fertilizer management: - Use pollution-free mountain spring water and water stored in ponds, reservoirs, and irrigation ditches. - Adopt the "shallow-wetting and shallow-drying" water-saving irrigation technology. - Shallow-wetting for seedling emergence, with water depth maintained at less than 3cm. - Natural drying after 7 days and field exposure for 2-3 days. - Moistening during early tillering and drying during late tillering. - Maintaining a shallow water layer of 1-2cm during panicle initiation and early filling. - Maintaining field moisture during milky ripening, irrigating every 3-5 days. - Switching to dry fields during yellow ripening for harvest. - Balanced use of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and trace elements. - Apply 150-180kg of pure nitrogen, 80-100kg of phosphorus pentoxide, 130-150kg of potassium oxide, and 15 tons of high-quality composted farmyard manure per hectare. - Use organic and phosphorus fertilizers as base fertilizers, with 70% of nitrogen as base fertilizer, 20% as tillering fertilizer, and 10% as panicle fertilizer. - Prohibit the use of nitrate fertilizers.
