Scope

This verification system table is applicable to the verification of water absorption dosimeters used in 60Co γ-ray radiation processing. It specifies the use of the national reference standard for water absorption dose (unit: Gy), the complete set of basic metrology instruments included in the reference standard, the metrological parameters of the reference standard, and the procedure for transferring the water absorption dose unit value to working metrology instruments with the help of standards, and it also specifies the total uncertainty and basic verification methods, etc.
This verification system consists of four parts: metrology reference instruments, metrology standard instruments, working metrology instruments, and a verification system flowchart.
