Scope

This standard applies to the planning, design, and management of solar hot water systems and solar heating and cooling systems in new, renovated, and expanded civilian buildings of 12 stories or less in cities and towns of our province, as well as solar photovoltaic systems in civilian buildings. For civilian buildings over 12 stories, the use of solar hot water systems, heating and cooling systems, and photovoltaic systems is encouraged.
