GB/T 11807-2008 Acoustic monitoring systems for loose parts detection—Characteristics, design and operational procedures
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the characteristics, design requirements, and operating procedures of the acoustic monitoring system for light water reactors. This standard applies to the design and operation of the monitoring system for loose parts in the reactor coolant system. The acoustic monitoring system is used to monitor sounds propagated through structures and detectable outside the reactor coolant containment shell. Its purpose is to detect abnormal events, particularly metal-to-metal impact events caused by loose parts, and to determine the location of these events. The monitored sounds are limited to the audible frequency range, approximately from 30 Hz to 20 kHz. This standard is based on the use of piezoelectric acceleration sensors to detect sounds propagated through structures. This standard does not exclude the use of other alternative sensors.
