Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the basic requirements for the production and processing of licorice. This standard applies to the production of licorice raw materials and the processing of products. Main technical content: Place the sliced licorice evenly on the drying trays, and the material shall not exceed two-thirds of the height of the drying tray. After stacking, all drying carts containing licorice slices shall be simultaneously placed into the CT-C series hot air circulation oven with a predetermined temperature of 60℃±3℃ for drying. The drying time is 1-2 hours. After the drying is completed, the total weight after drying shall be weighed and a "transfer card" shall be pasted for the next process.
