This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for moving-cup mercury barometers. This standard applies to moving-cup mercury barometers (hereinafter referred to as moving-cup barometers) used by meteorological stations and relevant departments to measure atmospheric pressure.
