Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of daily-use plastic buckets.
This standard applies to buckets whose main raw materials are resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene, and which are produced by injection molding and equipped with handles for carrying purposes.
This standard does not apply to daily-use plastic buckets that come into direct contact with food, nor to buckets with functions other than carrying, such as trash cans.
