Scope
This document specifies the environmental conditions, technical requirements, safety requirements, transportation processes, and documentation requirements for payloads during ground transportation and uplink/downlink operations of manned spacecraft. This document is applicable to the space station mission phase, and applies to the design, implementation, and process management of payloads after being loaded into the payload carrier and transported on the ground and during uplink/downlink operations of manned spacecraft (hereinafter referred to as "payload transportation").
