This standard applies to quantitative immunoassay kits for C-peptide (CP) determination. These include kits using enzyme-labeling, chemiluminescence labeling, time-resolved fluorescence labeling, and other labeling methods, as well as those using carriers such as microplates, tubes, magnetic particles, microbeads, and plastic beads to quantitatively measure C-peptide.
