Scope

Scope: This document specifies the requirements (testing methods), inspection rules, and labeling, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for prickly pear freeze-dried powder in prickly pear series products. This document applies to prickly pear freeze-dried powder in prickly pear series products, which are processed from fresh prickly pears through the processes of washing, crushing, pressing, filtration, vacuum freeze-drying, pulverization, sieving, sterilization, and packaging. Main technical content: 3.1 Raw and auxiliary material requirements: 3.1.1 The prickly pears used shall be fresh, mature, free from pests and rottenness. 3.2 Sensory requirements shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
