Scope
Scope: This document specifies the requirements (testing methods), inspection rules, and labeling, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for prickly pear freeze-dried powder in prickly pear series products. This document applies to prickly pear freeze-dried powder in prickly pear series products, which are processed from fresh prickly pears through the processes of washing, crushing, pressing, filtration, vacuum freeze-drying, pulverization, sieving, sterilization, and packaging. Main technical content: 3.1 Raw and auxiliary material requirements: 3.1.1 The prickly pears used shall be fresh, mature, free from pests and rottenness. 3.2 Sensory requirements shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Take about 50g of the tested sample into a clean sample cup and place it under natural light to observe its color and tissue morphology with the naked eye, check whether there are impurities, smell its odor, and taste its flavor.
