Scope
This document stipulates the basic principles, handling procedures, complaint acceptance, complaint transfer, complaint verification, collective case handling, report preparation, complaint processing, complaint feedback, review and supervision, follow-up visits, result application, and case filing of the complaint and report-handling work carried out by public security organs.
This document is applicable to the complaint and report-handling institutions established by municipal public security bureaus. The police supervision departments of county (city, district) public security bureaus may refer to and implement it accordingly.
