Scope

This document stipulates the objectives and principles, methods and content, working procedures, application of results, and handling of special situations for the performance evaluation of comprehensive improvement projects for the entire territory of China.
This document is applicable to the performance evaluation of comprehensive improvement projects for the entire territory of China approved and implemented by the competent natural resources departments within Jiangsu Province. Performance evaluation work for comprehensive improvement projects for the entire territory of China implemented by other departments or social entities may be carried out with reference to this document.
Note: The appropriate time point for conducting performance evaluation work should be selected based on the actual situation of the project. Generally, it is advisable to conduct the evaluation within one to three years after the project is accepted.
