Scope
This standard specifies the content, format requirements, and file naming rules of Level 0 data for land observation satellites.
This standard applies to the formulation of Level 0 data formats for imaging remote sensors carried by land observation satellites, such as full-color remote sensors, multispectral remote sensors, hyperspectral imagers, and synthetic aperture radars. The formulation of Level 0 data formats for other Earth observation satellite remote sensors can be implemented with reference to this standard.
