Scope

This standard specifies the responsibilities of tobacco commercial enterprises for vehicle safety management, hazard identification and risk assessment, vehicle safety control, internal road traffic safety, emergency response, and continuous improvement, etc.
This standard applies to the safety management of official vehicles and production and operation vehicles of tobacco commercial enterprises, as well as the safety education and training management of drivers of personal vehicles. It also applies to the safety management of external vehicles entering the internal roads of enterprises.
This standard does not apply to the safety management of special operation vehicles such as forklifts and loader trucks.
