Scope
This standard specifies the ordering content, dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of hot-rolled steel for wheel rims, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This standard applies to hot-rolled steel for wheel rims used in various types of road transport vehicles, construction machinery, paving machinery, port machinery, bridge machinery, mining dump trucks, and special vehicles, etc. The steel is classified into two-piece, three-piece, four-piece, and five-piece rims according to their actual application areas (hereinafter referred to as "steel").
