Scope

This part of GB/T 38206 specifies the test equipment, test conditions, test procedures, reliability thresholds, and processing methods for evaluating the reliability of cylinders with piston rods, including single-acting and double-acting cylinders.
This part is applicable to cylinders with piston rods that comply with GB/T 8102, GB/T 28781, GB/T 32336, or JB/T 7377; however, for cylinders with piston rods that do not comply with these national and industry standards but are used under the same operating conditions, they can be tested according to one of the grades specified in Tables 1 and 2 of this part.
This part is applicable to the first failure of cylinders without repair, except for some outliers.
