This document specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of unit products of knitted and dyed fabrics, as well as energy-saving management and technical guidance. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of knitted and dyed fabric production enterprises (excluding silk, wool, and linen products), and the control of energy consumption for new and expanded knitted and dyed fabric production projects.
