Scope

Main technical content: 4. Selection of healthy orchards for harvesting and stopping irrigation 1 week before harvest. For fruits intended for long-term (≥10 days) storage and freshness preservation, the soluble solids content should reach 14% to 16%. It is recommended to harvest in clear or overcast weather in the morning or evening when temperatures are lower. Use gloves for harvesting, and for lower-positioned fruits, use a rotating method; for higher-positioned fruits, use long-handled fruit pickers to harvest from the side. 5. Post-harvest stacking and transportation 5.1 After packing, temporarily store the fruits in a flat, shaded, well-ventilated, and transport-friendly area. The stacking height should not exceed 2m, and they should be labeled according to GB/T 32950 to avoid exposure to sunlight or rain. The stacking time should not exceed 4 hours. 5.2 Use transport vehicles to smoothly transfer the fruits to packaging plants or cold storage facilities, and pay attention to rain protection. 6. Removing field heat after transportation 6.1 For short-term storage (≤10 days), remove field heat within 8 hours after harvest and start pre-cooling. The fruit temperature should be reduced to (2±0.5)°C within 24 hours and maintained for 4 hours. 6.2 For long-term storage (≥10 days), use self-ventilating modified atmosphere packaging bags (made of (20±5)μm polyethylene) to store the fruits after removing field heat. Pack the fruits in self-ventilating modified atmosphere packaging bags and then pre-cool them with open air. The fruit temperature should be reduced to (2±0.5)°C within 24 hours and maintained for 4 hours. 6.3 Ozone treatment During pre-cooling, introduce ozone into the storage area every 1 hour until the ozone concentration reaches 1 mg/m3. 9. Storage 9.1 Entry into storage 9.1.1 After pre-cooling, transfer the fruits to the storage area and stack them neatly and firmly. The stacking direction and arrangement should be consistent wi
