Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, grading and physical standard samples, requirements, inspection methods, test rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for Fenggang Zinc-Selenium White Tea. This document applies to Fenggang Zinc-Selenium White Tea. Main technical content: 3.1 Fengyinzhen refers to products made from single buds of multi-haired tea trees suitable for making white tea, with a single bud ratio of not less than 70%, produced in accordance with T/GZTSS 14.1-2024 and meeting the requirements of this document. 3.2 Fengmudian refers to products made from one bud and one leaf of multi-haired tea trees suitable for making white tea, with a single bud and one leaf ratio of not less than 70%, produced in accordance with T/GZTSS 14.1-2024 and meeting the requirements of this document. 3.3 Fenggang Laobaicha refers to products made from one bud and two leaves to one bud and four leaves of multi-haired tea trees suitable for making white tea, produced in accordance with T/GZTSS 14.1-2024 and meeting the requirements of this document. 3.4 Compressed White Tea refers to products made from products corresponding to the grading of Fengyinzhen, Fengmudian, and Fenggang Laobaicha, which are processed through sorting, blending, steam pressing, and drying.
