Scope
This document stipulates the control requirements, monitoring requirements, and supervision and management of water pollutant discharge standards for rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities in the Dianchi Basin of Kunming City. This document applies to the management of water pollutant discharge from rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities with a scale of less than 500 m3/day (excluding 500 m3/day). This document does not apply to rural wastewater treatment facilities that mix urban (rural) industrial wastewater and livestock and poultry breeding wastewater.
