Scope

This standard specifies two methods for determining the distribution of rare earth elements in praseodymium-neodymium alloys and their compounds.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the distribution of fifteen rare earth elements in praseodymium-neodymium alloys and their compounds. Method 1: Determination range: Pr 10.0%～30.0%, Nd 70.00%～90.00%, other rare earth elements 0.05%～0.50%; Method 2: Determination range: Pr 10.0%～30.0%, Nd 60.0%～90.00%, other rare earth elements 0.03%～0.40%.
