Scope

This document sets forth the basic requirements and methods for the archiving and file management of national major science and technology projects, stipulates the scope and quality requirements for the archiving of national major science and technology project documents, as well as the management requirements for the entire process of document formation, collection, organization, appraisal, archiving and storage, transfer, utilization, and disposal. This document applies to the organization, archiving, and file management of various types of documents for national major science and technology projects. The organization, archiving, and file management of documents for other central fiscal science and technology plan (special projects, funds, etc.) projects (topics) can be implemented with reference to this document.
