Scope

This standard specifies the general principles for the rapid propagation of clonal seedlings of tropical and subtropical eucalyptus trees by tissue culture, including the selection of mother trees, the collection and processing of explants, the preparation of culture media, aseptic operations, the transplantation of tissue-cultured seedlings, seedling management and nursery production, and the disposal of waste culture media.
