Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the safe operation of crawler-type batching machines in hydropower and water conservancy projects, prevent various accidents, and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel, these regulations are hereby formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations stipulate the technical requirements for the safe operation of crawler-type batching machines in aspects such as installation, operation, maintenance, and dismantling, as well as transportation. 1.0.3 These regulations apply to crawler-type batching machines with multi-section booms used for transporting various types of concrete and other bulk materials. 1.0.4 The environmental conditions for the use of crawler-type batching machines shall meet the requirements of the equipment's technical documents. 1.0.5 In addition to complying with these regulations, the safe operation of crawler-type batching machines shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
