Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the identification, inspection, and storage of key materials used in aerospace tantalum capacitors, as well as the management methods for suppliers. This standard applies to manufacturers or suppliers of aerospace chip-type solid electrolyte tantalum capacitors (hereinafter referred to as chip-type tantalum capacitors), aerospace non-solid electrolyte all-tantalum capacitors (hereinafter referred to as all-tantalum capacitors), and aerospace metal-encased solid electrolyte tantalum capacitors (hereinafter referred to as solid tantalum capacitors). Other tantalum capacitors may refer to this standard for implementation.
